DOUBLE SHOT MOLDS
Double injection mold, in some cases known as 2 fabric 2 shot molding and 2K molding, is an inventive fabricating handle that has an implementation in creating complex mold components from two diverse materials.
HOT-RUNNER MOLDS
A hot runner is a system in injection molding that keeps plastic material in a molten state as it flows through heated channels into the mold cavities. They are ideal for high-volume or complex part production in industries like automotive, medical, and electronics.
INSERT MOLDS/ OVER MOLDS
Insert molding is a manufacturing process where pre-made components, called inserts, are placed into a mold before molten plastic is injected. The plastic then solidifies around the insert, creating a single, integrated part with the insert permanently embedded.
MULTI CAVITY MOLDS
A multi-cavity mold is an injection mold designed with multiple identical cavities, allowing the production of several parts in a single molding cycle. This setup significantly boosts output efficiency and reduces cost per part.
